Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Nutri Pouch, we strive to deliver quality products to our customers with the utmost care. However, if you need to cancel or return your order, we have outlined our policies below to ensure a smooth and fair process for all.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Before Dispatch:
    You can cancel your order anytime before it is dispatched from our facility. Once canceled, the entire amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • After Dispatch:
    Orders cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched. However, you can request a return or refund (see Refund and Return section below).

2. Returns and Refunds

  • Eligibility for Returns:
    Due to the perishable nature of our products, we only accept returns in the following cases:

    • The product received is damaged or defective.
    • Incorrect items were delivered.
    • The product has expired at the time of receipt.
  • Conditions for Returns:

    • The product must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.
    • The return request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • Process for Returns:
    To initiate a return, please contact us at support@nutripouch.in with your order number and the reason for the return. Once approved, we will guide you through the return process.

  • Refunds:
    Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please note that the refund may take up to 7-10 business days to reflect in your account.

  • Non-Refundable Products:
    Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or returns for:

    • Products that have been opened or used.
    • Orders placed using promotional or discount codes.
    • Orders delivered correctly and without damage.

3. Exchange Policy

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you have received the wrong product or a defective item, you may return the product and place a new order after receiving your refund.

4. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs, and these will be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Refund Timelines

Once your return is approved and the product is received at our facility, we will process your refund. The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

6. Cancellation of Subscriptions

If you wish to cancel a recurring order, you must do so at least 7 days before your next scheduled delivery date to avoid being charged for that cycle.
